Patented, fully fireproof
The patented cylindrical design of the BatteryBoxTransport is suitable for safely storing and charging lithium-ion batteries during transport. Thanks to the unique design, the BatteryBoxTransport is resistant to the explosive pressure generated during a battery fire and controls the fire and high temperatures, which can reach up to 1,200°C. The BatteryBoxTransport is fully fireproof for an unlimited number of minutes.

 

Storage capacity: up to 2,000Wh.
If multiple bike batteries are stored in a charging cabinet and one of these batteries catches fire, a chain reaction can occur, causing the other bike batteries to also ignite. The resulting immense explosive pressure and toxic gas formation are life-threatening.

 

Safe smoke exhaust
The recommendation is to equip the box with a safe smoke exhaust to vent toxic smoke gases and airborne cell particles to the outside air. If safe smoke exhaust to the outside is not possible, we will advise you on the best possible solution for your situation.

 

Modular
Due to the modular principle of the BatteryBoxTransport the charging capacity can be easily expanded. Taking into account the operating height and the available height in the vehicle, we recommend a maximum of 3x BatteryBoxTransport to stack on top of each other.

 

User-friendly
The BatteryBoxTransport is easy to use. If the door is not closed properly, this is communicated with both a light and sound signal.

The BatteryBoxTransport has been extensively tested with critical defective batteries (2.000Wh.) and is certified by renowned testing institutes such as KIWA and MPA Dresden. The BatteryBoxTransport meets the safety requirements of insurers and is suitable for 24/7 charging, so it is also insured after working hours.
